Alden Glass is an associate in the firm's Corporate practice and Capital Markets
practice group where he represents clients on a broad range of capital markets
transactions and both public and private mergers and acquisitions. Alden assists
with a variety of securities offerings including initial public offerings,
at-the-market equity offerings, PIPEs, and private placements. He also advises
clients regarding general corporate and securities matters, including periodic
reporting obligations with the US Securities and Exchange Commission,
environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting, stock exchange listing rules,
and corporate governance matters.
