Dr. Andrea Spellerberg is a partner in the firm's Finance practice, focusing on lending and restructuring. With over 20 years of experience, she works in real estate finance, corporate loans, and acquisition finance. Andrea advises financial institutions, debt funds, sponsors, and borrowers on both international and domestic finance transactions. 

Andrea joined the firm in September 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea served as partner in the Munich office of a global law firm. From 1994 to 2000, she studied in Passau, New York, and Angèrs (France), and has been working as a lawyer since 2003 in Frankfurt, London and Munich.
