Anna Amprimo is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She concentrates
her practice on construction and real estate matters. With a focus on the real
estate sector, she has acquired specific experience in investment construction
matters, as well as in drafting and negotiating the relevant contracts. In
particular, she provides assistance to investors and developers, both international
and local, in relation to different real estate projects, including the sale and
purchase of real estate assets with different use destinations and the development
of real estate projects which require legal assistance from the acquisition phase,
through the design and build phase until the final marketing stage.
Anna often advises real estate funds operating in different investment sectors,
including the energy sector and, recently, the social housing sector.
