She focuses her practice on bankruptcy, debtors' and creditors'
rights, and commercial litigation. Carly represents clients in a variety of contexts
including automatic stay litigation, use of cash collateral, section 363 asset
sales, assumptions and rejections of executory contracts and unexpired leases,
chapter 11 plan confirmation and interpretation, commercial foreclosures, and
fraudulent transfer and conveyance litigation. She also advises creditors and
debtors regarding their rights and remedies in and out of state and federal court.
