Claudine Salameh is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. She focuses on
financial services regulation, banking disputes and restructuring and insolvency in
the Sydney office.
Claudine has over 22 years of experience acting for clients within the financial
sector on a range of matters including customer disputes and litigation, fraud,
regulatory and compliance issues, regulatory investigations, inquiries and
enforcement matters, security enforcement and insolvency litigation. She also acts
for insolvency practitioners in formal receiverships, voluntary administrations, and
liquidations. She is experienced in the conduct of review and remediation programs,
particularly in relation to “fee for no service” issues, and the Banking
Executive Accountability Regime (or BEAR and soon to be the Financial Accountability
Regime).
