Craig Fraser is a partner in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
practice group. Craig has a broad corporate practice, with particular experience
advising on domestic and international M&A transactions (buy-side and
sell-side), joint ventures, fundraisings, reorganisations, and corporate advisory
work. Craig acts for domestic and international corporate clients at all stages of
development and across a range of industries including in the technology,
industrial, consumer markets, food and beverage, and logistics sectors.
