Duc Nguyen is a partner in the firm's global Finance practice. Duc's practice
focuses on corporate and international finance matters, in the areas of structured
finance, asset-based lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance and
securitization. He regularly assists financiers and financial investors in all
aspects of asset financing and leasing including portfolio financing, portfolio
trading, sale and leasebacks, tax leases, finance leases and JOLCOs. He also has
extensive experience in restructurings, asset repossession, distressed transactions
and dispute resolution.
As a native Vietnamese speaker, he also advises Vietnamese companies in relation to
cross-border finance and M&A transactions and related commercial issues,
regionally and globally.
