Erin Palmer Polly is a partner and a trusted advisor who provides clients with balanced and practical advice, strategically guiding them through complex matters. A respected trial lawyer, Erin is a member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group and focuses her practice in the areas of business and commercial disputes, including provider-payor disputes. She has tried cases in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels. Erin regularly represents health care providers in commercial disputes, including representation in provider-payor disputes ranging from US$17 million to US$240 million before state and federal courts and arbitration panels, and including in an appeal to the Tennessee Supreme Court.
