Eusapia Simone is a partner and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds
practice. Her practice focuses primarily on fund formation and investment management
across various asset classes including real estate, infrastructure, private equity,
venture capital and credits. She has extensive experience assisting both fund
managers and institutional investors, particularly in fund structuring authorization
procedures and special transactions.
Eusapia regularly advises clients regarding compliance matters, corporate
governance, internal control systems, internal policies and procedures, including
those concerning the remuneration and incentives schemes, as well as ESG
topics.
She also provides assistance with reference to the establishment and authorization of
intermediaries qualified for collective asset management; proceedings before the
competent supervisory authorities; and in sanction proceedings.
