(NYSE: HRI), a Bonita Springs, Florida-based equipment rental company, in connection with its acquisition of the business and substantially all of the assets of Kropp Equipment, Inc. Kropp Equipment is engaged in the business of renting, selling and servicing of aerial and related equipment primarily in Indiana and Illinois.
Represented Herc Rentals Inc. (NYSE: HRI), a Bonita Springs, Florida- based equipment rental company, in connection with its acquisition of the business and substantially all of the assets of ASEH Rentals LLC (d/b/a All Star Rents). All Star operates a general equipment rental business with three locations in Florida.
Represented Herc Rentals Inc. (NYSE: HRI), a Bonita Springs, Florida-based equipment rental company, in connection with its acquisition of the business and substantially all of the assets of RAH Ventures, Inc. d/b/a Prime Construction Rentals and as Prime Lifts. RAH Ventures, Inc. is engaged in the business of renting, selling, servicing and repairing construction equipment and other general rental equipment primarily in Kentucky.
