Represented Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based private equity firm, in its investment in Mostardi-Platt, a leading provider of environmental air testing and compliance services.
Represented Barefoot Mosquito and Pest Control, LLC, a Texas-based leading provider of natural, environmentally conscious mosquito and pest-control solutions, in its acquisition of Bob Jenkins Pest Control.
Represented Incline Equity Partners and its portfolio company, On Computer Services, L.L.C. d/b/a Unified Power, an independent provider of UPS and generator maintenance and repair services, turnkey electrical solutions, and related services across North America, in the sale of Unified Power to Pearce Services, LLC.
