Work included the drafting and negotiation of development agreements, leases, management agreements, and tenure negotiations with the football club and the state.

Acted for several families in relation to the disposal of a significant greenfields residential site (approx. 3,000 lot potential) to an ASX-listed entity.

Acted for a local government in relation to the AU$300 million, decade long, redevelopment of its car parking sites.

Acted for a global owner of timber plantations in relation to its assets in Western Australia. Work included strategic advice and detailed analysis of lease provisions.
