Airlines, Ltd., EVA Airways and LOT Polskie Linie Lotnicze.
Assisted Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, New York Branch as lender’s counsel with the
financing of two (2) Airbus A320-271N with MSNs 8764 and 8872. Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank,
Limited, New York Branch was joined by Shinsei Bank, Limited, The Iyo Bank, Limited and The
Tokyo Star Bank, Limited as additional lenders. The aircraft are owned and operated by Hawaiian
Airlines.
Assisted JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. as borrower’s/purchaser’s/new lessor’s counsel
in the purchase, finance and JOL leasing of two (2) Airbus A330-300 with MSNs 1483 and 1491 and
the financing was provided by DVB Bank SE Singapore Branch. The aircraft are on lease to Turkish
Airlines.
Assisted Tokyo Century Corporation and TC Skyward U.S., Inc. as lenders’ counsel in the senior
loan extension and mezzanine loan transfer regarding Boeing 737 Dreamliner Components. The
components are on lease to KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and further sub-leased to Air New Zealand,
LOT Polish Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Kenya Airways and Xiamen Airlines.

extension of two (2) Airbus A321-231 aircraft with MSNs 4940 and 4957. The aircraft are leased
