Represented Med Star Surgical and Breathing Equipment Company, a subsidiary of AdaptHealth, LLC (NASDAQ: AHCO), in acquiring Provider Plus, Inc., a New York medical equipment and supplies company. AdaptHealth is a full-service home medical equipment company headquartered in Pennsylvania.
Represented AdaptHealth, LLC (NASDAQ: AHCO), a full-service home medical equipment company headquartered in Pennsylvania, in the acquisition of Agilis Med Holdings, an-commerce retailer of sleep apnea and respiratory equipment.
Represented AdaptHealth, LLC (NASDAQ: AHCO), a full-service home medical equipment company headquartered in Pennsylvania, in acquiring 100% of the stock of Pumps, It, LLC, a diabetic medical supply company and retail pharmacy in Houston, Texas.
