Secured favorable litigation settlements on behalf of several of the largest hospital-based pathology groups in the State of Florida suing commercial payors on out of network claims.
Negotiated new provider agreements for hospital-based providers, materially increasing reimbursement rates.
Counsel providers in connection with significant overpayment demands and Special Investigation Unit (SIU) audits of commercial payors.
