amendments to the state’s fiscal code were ineffective.

constitutional challenge to legislators’ receipt of certain employment and other benefits.

state's system of school funding during a four-month-long trial before the state Commonwealth

Represented the majority leader of a state Senate in congressional redistricting “impasse”
litigation.
Defended the president pro tempore of a state Senate against constitutional challenges to state
statutes that preempt local firearms ordinances.
Represented a coalition of denominational church retirement and health plans in legislative and
regulatory campaigns to address tax issues facing church plans.
Advised a coalition of denominational church retirement and health plans regarding a commodity
pool operator issue.
Represented a coalition of denominational church retirement and health plans in legislative and
regulatory campaigns to address a range of healthcare issues facing church plans.
