Represented a privately owned global real estate investment, development, and management firm, and a global real estate investment manager, in negotiating with an American commercial real estate company that provides shared workspaces for technology startups for the lease of an entire building located in Via Mazzini (Milan). The building was the first co-working center of the real estate company in Italy.

​Represented a global technology company in negotiating the expansion and extension of a lease amendment for 130,613 rentable square feet in San Francisco, California.

Represented a transportation agency of the State of New South Wales, Australia, on its tender for outsourcing the property management of its diverse and complex property portfolio.

Represented an investment manager in connection with national and regional leasing, including office, retail, and facilities leasing.

Represented an American specialty sporting goods/outdoor products retailer in long-term leases with build-to-suit features for new freestanding retail store projects ranging from 75,000 square feet to 120,000 square feet in Tualatin, Oregon; Louisville, Kentucky; and Gainesville, Virginia.

Represented a US-based technology company expanding its operations into the United Kingdom in relation to a pre-let of a large office development in Brighton.
