Hillary O'Rourke is a corporate partner in the firm's Boston office. Hillary's practice focuses on general corporate and securities law, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance issues. She regularly counsels both public and private companies across diverse industries.

Hillary was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Hillary was a judicial intern for the Honorable Bernadette L. Sabra of the Massachusetts District Court, New Bedford Division. In addition, she was the Executive Director of the Moot Court Honor Board and a Staff Member of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. Before law school, Hillary was an intern for the Chittenden County District Attorneys Office and for the University of Vermont Student Legal Services. In 2013, she received the Best Brief Award from Suffolk University Law School.
