Jason Kirk is a partner and a member of the firm's Asset Management and
Investment Funds practice group. He leads a practice advising on the formation and
operation of investment funds across private credit, private equity, venture
capital, real estate, and hedge fund asset classes. Jason provides strategic counsel
to both sponsors and institutional investors, guiding them through complex
alternative investment structures and transactions. His experience spans fund
formation, management company structuring, secondary transactions, and mergers and
acquisitions.
