Jason Haycock is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience at every phase of
litigation, including successful first chair trial experience. He focuses on complex
commercial disputes, including cases involving trade secrets, contracts, business
torts, corporate veil-piercing and successorship claims, and environmental
contamination. He regularly litigates in both federal and state courts, and he has
briefed and successfully argued numerous cases at the appellate level.
Jason’s clients range from top Fortune 50 companies, to startups, to public
universities, and nonprofit organizations. His clients are often industry leaders in
technology, such as software, SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, semiconductors,
consumer products, cloud computing, infrastructure, and clean energy.
