Kristin Taylor is an associate at the firm's Charlotte office. She is a member of
the Corporate practice group and focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions,
emerging growth and venture capital, private equity, and corporate law matters in a
variety of industries and sectors.
Kristin represents private equity funds and and public and private companies in a
variety of matters, including purchase and sale of private companies, corporate
governance and other corporate matters. She also focuses in advising large global
financial institutions in connection with minority and growth equity and debt
investments in Fintech and other technology companies, including with respect to
compliance with the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956. Kristin also represents other
global, public companies in connection with equity and debt investments.
