Laura Veith concentrates her law practice in the area of commercial litigation, with
a particular focus in insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation. Ms.
Veith is experienced in many stages of litigation in state and federal courts across
the country.
Ms. Veith’s commercial litigation experience includes commercial contract,
warranty, and product liability cases. In the insurance coverage arena, Ms. Veith
represents policyholder interests in a variety of insurance coverage disputes,
including long-tail asbestos and environmental liabilities, claims under
employers’ liability policies, professional liability policies, general
liability policies, and business interruption policies.
Specifically, Ms. Veith has broad pre-trial litigation experience, including managing
complex discovery schedules, conducting fact depositions, motions practice, and
assisting with drafting key dispositive motions and appellate briefs.
