Leila Moddel is a partner in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety
practice. She has experience advising clients on issues in employment and
industrial law in various sectors including technology, retail and consumer,
manufacturing, life sciences, aviation and professional services.
Leila also works on the employment aspects of commercial and transactional issues
including mergers and acquisitions, share sale arrangements, corporate restructures,
transfer of business and transfer of employment situations. In addition, she advises
on the termination of employment arrangements, including unfair dismissal and
adverse action claims, as well as the protection of confidential information and
trade secrets.
