Maggie Blair is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. She focuses her
practice on commercial lending, corporate finance, private equity and mezzanine
finance transactions covering a variety of industries. She represents borrowers,
private equity sponsors, insurance companies and other institutional investors and
lenders in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities and asset-based
loans. Her practice is focused on middle-market debt finance transactions, including
leveraged acquisition financings, recapitalizations, corporate borrowings, loan
workouts and restructurings. Her experience involves the structuring, negotiation
and documentation of complex debt instruments, including senior secured loans,
second lien loans, unitranche loans, mezzanine debt and other subordinated debt
instruments.
