Prior to joining the firm, Martin worked at law firms based in Paris as a member of
the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practices. Through these roles, he advised
SMEs, industrial groups, start-ups, and investment funds and managers. He drafted
due diligence reports, drafted and negotiated SPAs, shareholders’ agreements,
and more. In addition, Martin worked on corporate reorganization and structuring,
corporate follow-up, acquisition financing, and post-acquisition litigation and
shareholder disputes.
