Ravi Jayemanne advises on a wide range of funds management, superannuation and
commercial matters. He regularly advises large public offer funds, non-public offer
funds and public sector funds on their investment activities, governance
arrangements, material contracts, products and regulatory environment.
A core part of Ravi's practice involves advising leading institutional investors
and family offices on primary and secondary transactions in alternative investments,
across the full range of structures and asset classes. Ravi's substantial deal
flow in this area gives him a thorough understanding of the market for terms in
alternative investment structures. His focus on institutional investors means he
also understands the unique issues that concern clients with significant fiduciary
responsibilities, regulatory and reporting obligations.
Over his career, Ravi has also undertaken secondments at several leading industry
super funds, as well as the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.
