Sasha Burstein
Sasha Burstein is a partner and practice area leader in the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. She concentrates her practice on structuring and formation of a wide range of investment products, including closed-end, open-end, evergreen, semi-liquid, and fund-of-funds vehicles and platforms. In particular, Sasha has extensive experience structuring private credit products and other globally offered and distributed investment vehicles tailored to a diverse investor base. Sasha also advises clients on a wide range of secondary transactions, including the purchase and sale of fund interests, the structuring of secondary fund vehicles, and the creation of bespoke liquidity solutions in the secondary market.
Sasha provides comprehensive counsel to investment advisers on legal, regulatory, and transactional matters throughout the lifecycle of their business—advising on formation, registration, operations, M&A transactions, seeding arrangements, and ongoing compliance.
Sasha also counsels institutional investors on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of alternative investments.
