Scott Graham is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. He has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders on a broad range of debt financing matters including leveraged, mezzanine, corporate and institutional, and real estate financings. Scott has significant experience with negotiating and documenting senior secured credit facilities, with a focus on leveraged acquisition financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Scott served as a shareholder in the Pittsburgh office of a global law firm, where he focused his practice in corporate and financial matters, including leveraged, mezzanine, corporate and institutional and real estate financing.
