Terrence McKelvey is a partner and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice
group, and his practice primarily focuses on the areas of business and commercial
disputes. He has advised clients on a variety of matters in federal and state trial
and appellate courts and in arbitration, and he has experience in a number of
subject matters, including contractual disputes, intra-corporate disputes, business
torts, and financial services litigation. Terrence also regularly represents
healthcare providers in a variety of commercial disputes, including representation
in provider/payor disputes and disputes involving the provision of medical
treatment.
