Adam Paschalidis is a senior associate at the firm's Luxembourg office. He is a
member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. He primarily assists
asset managers and other fund initiators through a 360-degree coverage of Luxembourg
legal aspects relating to the entire lifecycle of their (regulated or unregulated)
investment products, spanning from initial setup, negotiations with service
providers, regulatory approval, and marketing to restructuring, continuation, and
voluntary liquidation. His experience includes supporting clients with the setup and
regulatory approval of regulated management companies and AIFMs, investment firms,
and other financial sector professionals.
Adam is also involved in the office's practice with regard to advising banks and
investment firms on the foreseeable impacts of major regulatory changes (AIFMD/AIFMD
II, MiFID II/MiFIR, AML V, etc.) on their product/service range, marketing and
distribution strategy, as well as their operating model.
In the field of ESG, Adam has an official accreditation from the Yale School of
Management, having successfully completed its Sustainable Finance and Investment
online program and is now well-positioned to advise both EU and US clients on ESG
and sustainability-related matters. This professional qualification reflects his
strong experience and practice in ESG topics.
