Alicyn Gilbert serves as Chief Strategic Advisor to the firm’s Management Committee. In this role, Ali partners with firm leadership to design and implement client-focused strategies to advance the firm’s market position and she oversees the firm’s legal recruitment function. Leveraging law firm and in-house experience, Ali brings a distinct blend of legal acumen, client-centric thinking, and business insight to address complex organizational challenges. 

Prior to her current role, Ali led practice operations for the firm’s global Finance practice, managing business operations across the US, UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia. 

Before transitioning to law firm operations and management, Ali practiced as an attorney in the corporate department at a global law firm and served as in-house counsel for an international financial institution.
