advising domestic and international companies on complex licensing arrangements,
project development, and intellectual property rights acquisitions. Andrea has also
counseled clients in a broad range of industries, including entertainment, casino
and gaming, hospitality, industrial goods, automobiles, and renewable energy.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrea worked as an in-house counsel for a Japanese
entertainment and gaming company, advising on matters related to motion picture and
online media content, video game, casino gaming, and other entertainment and media
related deals and projects.
