Andrew Chung is a partner in the firm's Seoul office and has been with the Seoul
office since its opening in 2012. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of
cross-border commercial transactions involving both public and private companies and
private equity investments, including multijurisdictional corporate transactions on
behalf of both Korean and global clients. He advises clients on their corporate
transactional needs across the globe, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A),
joint ventures, corporate restructurings, licensing arrangements, private equity
investments and alternative investments, and other general corporate matters.
He has been practicing and advising clients in Asia since 2008.
