Anne Ragu is a senior associate in the Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety
team of K&L Gates' Paris office. Her practice encompasses issues relating to
labor law and occupational health and safety at work, in terms both of advice and
litigation.
As a lawyer, Anne assists French and international clients on various projects such
as the implementation of the employees’ representative institutions (CSE),
non-competition, working time, compensation plans, the modification of the
employment contracts, occupational health and safety at work, work-related accidents
and diseases and the employer's inexcusable duties. In addition, Anne assists
clients with their due diligence and corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
She also works regularly with European and international companies in relation to
cross-border employment issues and the secondment and expatriation of employees.
Before the Labor Court, Anne assists clients in particular on issues relating to
harassment, post-restructuring conflicts and disciplinary actions. Anne also
regularly advises clients on topics related to social security litigation.
