Anne Thümmel-Barz is counsel in the firm's Finance practice. She focuses on
the leasing, railway, and aviation sectors. She has comprehensive experience in
various kinds of complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions,
infrastructure projects, leasing, and transport finance.
She advises national and international banks, financial institutions, investors,
borrowers and operators, as well as lessors and lessees in the infrastructure,
aviation, rail, and public transport industries. A particular focus of her work is
advising on the financing and acquisition of aircraft, railways, and rolling stock
as well as the negotiation of credit, collateral, leasing, and management agreements
and the management of international cross-border transactions.
