Carlos Jimenez is a partner in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace
Safety practice. Prior to joining the firm, Carlos focused on employment litigation
with an emphasis on class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA)
representative actions. He has extensive experience representing employers across a
wide range of complex employment matters, and managing high‑stakes litigation from
inception through trial. His responsiblities pertain to various aspects of
litigation, including client and witness interviews, court appearances, law and
motion practice, oral argument on dispositive motions, written discovery,
depositions, pretrial motions, and trial preparation. His practice also includes
representing government entities and medical facilities in defense litigation.
