Cheryl Hsieh is a partner in the Taipei office. Her practice focuses on private
equity and venture capital transactions, estate planning, cross-border mergers and
acquisitions, onshore and offshore fund registration and associated investments, and
other general corporate and commercial matters.
In respect of estate planning practice, she counsels in various aspects of the
planning need, including wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, tax
planning, and asset protection. She advises onshore or offshore trust settlement,
trust and family office administration, and document preparation related to these
planning matters.
