Claire White is a partner in the firm's Corporate practice group. She represents
clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including life sciences, technology,
food, and agribusiness, on corporate governance, securities, and financing
matters. Her practice is focused on representing growth-stage companies and
venture capital and private equity investors, including private financing
transactions. In addition, her experience includes advising clients as buyers and
sellers in mergers and acquisitions, complex financings, joint ventures, financial
and corporate reporting, and general contract and corporate governance matters.
