Clarita Sullivan is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare and FDA practice
group. During law school, Clarita was a legal extern for a foundation. Through this
role, she assisted the vice president, corporate integrity officer, and regulatory
counsel with legal research and facilitated presentations on health care compliance
issues for the legal department. In addition, Clarita was also a summer associate in
the firm’s Healthcare and FDA practice group where she drafted memorandum on
zero paid claims analyzing post hoc rationales and hearsay exceptions.
