Courtney Hunter is an associate and a member of the Corporate practice. Courtney has
experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, including private equity
(primary and secondary buy outs, exits, bolt-on acquisitions and co-investments),
private M&A, venture capital investments, joint ventures, secondary fundraisings
and group restructurings and refinancings, as well as advising on a range of
corporate governance matters. She has experience working on both the buy-side and
sell-side, and has worked with clients across a range of sectors and
jurisdictions.
She completed her training contract at the firm, during which time she gained
experience in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Asset Management and
Investment Funds, White Collar Crime, and Construction and Infrastructure practice
groups.
