Daniel Fayock is a partner and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. He
focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and advising public and private
companies on corporate governance, strategic initiatives, and complex corporate and
commercial transactions. His matters are often cross-border in nature and he has a
particular emphasis on representing manufacturing and industrial companies. Dan
served as chief legal officer, among other senior in-house legal positions, with
Fortune 500 public companies, where he gained extensive experience advising boards
of directors and executive teams on a wide range of legal, corporate governance,
ESG, compliance, and other strategic matters. He has structured, negotiated and
closed numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures over the
course of his career. He also provides counseling for a broad range of commercial
and operational issues and has negotiated complex business arrangements in a variety
of industries, including manufacturing, chemicals, metals, aerospace and defense,
automotive, and packaging.
