David Baghdassarian is admitted to practice in Florida. He is not currently
admitted in North Carolina.
David Baghdassarian combines ingenuity and responsiveness in providing clients with
corporate and transactional advice on a wide array of matters. He
represents public and private companies on a broad range of commercial
transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and finance matters. David
regularly represents clients across the globe in cross-border transactions.
His experience includes negotiating and drafting numerous types of commercial
contracts including distribution agreements, vendor and supplier agreements,
strategic alliance agreements, stockholder agreements, asset purchase
agreements, stock purchase agreements, independent contractor agreements,
asset-based lending facilities, factoring agreements, management and consulting
agreements, and employment agreements. David played a significant role on a team
that served as the external legal department for the world’s largest
distributor of wireless phones and provider of related services during
the company’s most dramatic period of global expansion.
David also maintains a healthcare transactional practice advising clients on the
regulatory aspects of healthcare transactions such as compliance, regulatory
filings, due diligence, and licensure matters. David has represented a broad
range of healthcare clients including diagnostic imaging facilities, specialty
pharmacies, compressed medical gas manufacturers, clinical laboratories, community
mental health centers, physician networks, and physician groups.
David serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Disability Inclusion Task Force and is
the Pro Bono Committee’s Office Coordinator for the Miami office.
David is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice, which has been recognized
with numerous awards including being named the 2022 Corporate Law Firm of the Year
and ranked as National Tier 1 since 2010 in the Best Lawyers “Best
Law Firms” report.
