complex disputes. Declan acts for individuals and businesses across a range of
sectors, with a focus on technology and energy.
Declan has significant trial and hearing experience, having acted in arbitrations
under the major arbitral rules (most commonly the LCIA and ICC) and in cases before
the English courts (including the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court).
Declan also works closely with clients to manage risk and resolve disputes
efficiently—often before they escalate.
Declan is a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience in the courts of
England and Wales.
Declan is a strong supporter of pro-bono work, providing counsel and support to
organisations such as Kids in Need of Defence, the National Center for Missing and
Exploited Children, Prisoners' Advice Service, and the South West London Law
Centres.
