Devin Woodson is an associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers and
Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Devin was a legal intern for
a nonprofit offering legal services in New York. Through this role, Devin supported
lawyers by drafting wills, conducting client clinic interviews, drafting I-131
applications, and creating resource one-pagers for financially vulnerable clients.
In addition, Devin was a summer associate at the firm, where he assisted in drafting
and reviewing SEC filings, diligence reports, and more.
