Dominik Sailer is a counsel in the firm’s Real Estate
practice. He renders legal advice for domestic and international
corporates on all aspects of real estate law with a strong track record in the
luxury and fashion industry as well as the logistics sector.
He focuses his practice on guidance through expansion and entry of international high
street retailers into the German market, structuring of property acquisitions and
project development with a particular focus on built-to-suit solutions. His practice
also includes day-to-day advisory support of real estate holders (Corporate Real
Estate), especially with regard to high profile lease negotiations and related
public law.
