Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a labor and employment associate at a law firm
based in New Jersey. Through this role, Eric performed due diligence related to
labor and employment issues on mergers and acquisitions; assisted in wage and hour
audit investigations; and assisted in internal investigations relating to
retaliation, sexual harassment, employee fraud, and corruption claims. In addition,
he appeared as pro bono counsel in a domestic violence case, conducted legal
research, drafted legal memorandums, and more.
Eric also previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sheila Venable,
A.J.S.C. in Essex County. Through this role, Eric worked on various civil and
criminal matters and coordinated trial court administrative activities.
