Prior to joining the firm, Giulia was a trainee lawyer at an international law firm.
Her responsibilities included drafting court documents, settlement agreements, and
termination letters. She also prepared due diligence reports for acquisitions,
corporate mergers, employee transfers, and disciplinary proceedings. Giulia
leveraged artificial intelligence software (RelativityOne) for document analysis and
support, drafted various articles for internal newsletters and magazines, and
participated in proceedings at the Tribunal and Court of Appeals. She also
contributed to internal update seminars by preparing supporting materials.
