Hazel Doyle is a partner in the firm's Dublin office and a member of the
Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. With more than a decade of
experience in the funds industry, Hazel's practice covers the full spectrum of
advisory and regulatory aspects of the Irish funds industry. Hazel advises clients
on the establishment and on-going operation of Irish regulated investment funds and
on the legal and regulatory developments impacting such investment funds. She has
strong experience in UCITS regulation, in particular ETFs and also has significant
experience in AIFs authorised under the Irish AIFMD regime. Hazel also counsels
service providers within the investment funds sector on their operations in Ireland
and their regulatory obligations such as corporate governance, capital, and
anti-money laundering requirements.
