Jaime Oon is a consultant in the firm’s Finance practice. She focuses her
practice on corporate and finance matters. On the financing side, Jaime has
experience dealing with a range of transactions (both conventional and Islamic),
acting for banks and borrowers in respect of the provision of development finance,
investment finance, senior and mezzanine debt structures, and non-transactional work
such as drafting standard lending/mortgage documentation.
Jaime also has experience in corporate and commercial matters, and has advised on
M&A transactions, joint venture relationships and franchising arrangements in a
range of sectors, including, automotive, construction, education, healthcare,
hospitality, real estate and retail.
