Karsten Seidel is a partner in the firm’s Frankfurt office and member of the
tax practice group. As a lawyer and tax advisor he advises on the legal and tax
aspects of private wealth and estate planning, including trusts and foundations and
related international tax issues. In addition, he has broad experience in property
reorganizations, real estate transactions and tax-efficient structuring of real
estate. One of his fields of activity is the taxation of the income from investment
of capital. He also advises clients in penal proceedings for tax fraud and other tax
offenses. Furthermore, he regularly works in tax audits and tax litigation
procedures.
